About the Role:

Stolt has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing to support its global commercial and customer engagement strategy and continues to expand the platforms use and capabilities.

This role focuses on supporting Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing implementations, enhancements, and ongoing operations. The consultant will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience stakeholders, application owners, and external support partners to optimize and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing functionalities as part of the Corporate Business Application Management (BAM) team.


What Youll Do:

  • Provide second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing. Manage external support partners providing third-line support and enhancements, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and continuous platform improvement.
  • Participate in implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects for Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing. Contribute to initiatives such as lead & opportunity management, account-based marketing, campaign automation, and customer journey design.
  • Manage and test Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing platform updates and release waves. Work closely with Microsoft and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of new features, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance process owners to enhance commercial operations, pipeline visibility, and marketing performance reporting, leveraging Dynamics 365 insights and analytics.
  • Contribute to BAM projects within Corporate where customer and sales data are a key focus (e.g., CRM-driven ESG/Finance reporting, advanced analytics), ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business needs.


What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/ Power Platform Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 4 years working with CRM/MarTech platforms in commercial or customer engagement processes.
  • Knowledge of sales pipeline management, marketing automation, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 integration options (Dataverse, APIs, Azure Logic Apps).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Marketing certifications are highly desirable.


Must Have Skills:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to supporting a global sales & marketing technology landscape.
  • Flexibility to support a global organization across time zones during critical campaign or sales cycles.
